Impact stones, hail, baseballs and elbows are know objects that break stained glass windows
Buckling special when stained glass is combined with storm windows, the heat can deform the panel
Bad workmanship sad to mention but it happens a lot, special the cheap, imported lamps end up in the repair shop
Sometimes an accident can happen, most times we can repair your window or panel.
This window was not properly installed and fell out its frame during a storm.

A windows popped...most likely due to the heat and lack of ventilation between this window and the glass in front of it. |

The panel was 16" 1/4 wide when i flattened it out. |
On the light-table the old window is traced to create a new pattern. |
The new pieces are been cut, the useable old pieces cleaned, and the window is ready to be rebuild. |
